You have 30 days try out our products risk free. If you're not satisfied, return your purchase for a full refund. No hassle!
Non-Defective Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must include all the original purchased contents.
You must contact us within 30 days after receiving your item, and we will issue you a return shipping label.
If you need to return an item, please contact us from our contact page or email support@truepardiscgolf.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Damaged Items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. we will gladly refund you or send you a replacement item.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
