Shipping policy

We currently offer free shipping to virtually any address in the United States.

The delivery time frame is typically from 3-6 business days depending on your location. Packages going to certain places, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations may experience slower service.

We offer Priority and expedited 2 day shipping for an additional cost, calculated at the checkout.

We strive to fulfill orders within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend may not be shipped until the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Please allow extra time during the busy holiday season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as natural disasters may cause further postal delays. 

If your order is lost in transit and tracking information does not show items successfully delivered to shipping address, we will issue a full refund. 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when carrier tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the shipping address entered at the time of purchase.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, check your mailbox, and you can also contact the carrier and provide them with your tracking number for more info.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us and we will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.

Extended Delays

In some instances, delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything in our control to resolve the problem.
